9 old metallic currencies recover in Bogra

The 9 old metallic currency (coins) recovered by shibganj thana police of Bogra district outlying areas of the thana. Police also recovered from alleged people a piece of old from yesterday until Saturday to Sunday on continue operations. Md. Habubur Rahman, officer in charge (OC) of Shibganj thana said that, their campaign will be continuing to recover the hidden coins.
Police and locals confirmed that a group of worker was digging soil in a field at the south side of Chnadra hata govt. primary school of Moydanhatta union parishad of the upazila. They found some old metallic currency (coins) in a burns charity pot and divided its. The new was out, when they went to a gold shop for testing it.
One is copper and others are silver made of the coins. Md. Bodrul Alam, Regional director of (RD) of Agrology department of Rajshahi division said that, he has heard about of the coins. The structure of the coins seems to be 13th to 15th century (AD) of the sultani period added Nahid sultana, assistant director of the department and custodian of Mahastahn grah agrological museum. OC of shibganj tahana said, a general dairy (GD) was filed. It will be given to the agrology department after order of the court.
