It’s definitely important to dress well to look good but that’s not where it ends. You need to have a fitness point of view too since nothing you buy will look good on you unless you have a fit body.
A fit body gives you confidence and helps carry anything you wear well. And No! You don’t have to go crazy and try to get the body of a model. Just take that effort to care for your body. Try to have a balanced life. Eat well and at the right time. Indulge in some kind of exercise atleast 4 times in a week.
Remember, food is not a substitute for love or attention. And not a way to get out of boredom. Eat only when you are hungry and as much as you need. And you will definitely see the changes in your body and your confidence levels. It’s a valid life choice. How do you want to look? It’s not what someone else says or does, what do you want in life? Since nearly all of us have one life, don`t you want to look nice and feel great about life? This December, think about it. What kind of life do you want? And if you choose one where health and fitness is important, take that time out for yourself. Explore a form of exercise that really works for you. Go for a counselling session and get a framework in place to support your exercise and food habits.
And you will see the positive change in your attitude and confidence. Clothes are not all that can make you look good.
