Seminar held at Southeast University

Southeast University and Bangladesh Writers Association jointly organized a Seminar on "Contemporary Short Stories & Poetry of Bangladesh held at Southeast University Seminar Hall on 9 April 2011. Dr. Mizanur Rahman, Chairman, CDRB, Writer & Consultant was the Chief Guest in the Seminar. Prof. Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin, Vice Chancellor (acting) of Southeast University was the Chair in the Seminar and Prof. Nurul Karim Nasim, Chairman, Department of English, Atish Dipankar University delivered the Keynote Speech in the Seminar. Mr. M. A. Baten Miah, Dean (acting) School of Arts & Social Sciences of Southeast University, Poets Mr. Ahsanul Haque & Dr. Mohit-ul Alam were the discussant in the seminar. Eminent writers, Poets, cultural activists, teachers and students of Southeast University were present in the seminar.
