Behula, one of the mostly uttered myth among the people that has been  exercised and presented in people's talking, dramas, palagan, arts and literature since last thousands of years. The myth is the soul resource of Bangales that is even now function actively in different manner in their life. With the passing of time, meaning and nature of these myths are changing for the conscious and unconscious efforts of the people; the myth of Behula has been presented upon us with new meanings and explanations.
'Fire Esho Behula', the film directed by Tanim Noor focused on the contemporary period. The relationship pattern between male and female has been changing. As though the relationship pattern between man &woman has been changed but one fundamental relation  is yet unchanged and that is the subordination tie between them. From the very beginning man is active as playing superior role whether female play the inferior one and this is the basis of their relationship.
Though the clash for achieving and establishing power is the base of Manasa Magal or Behula -Lakkhindar but the subordination tie between male and female is also existed here that mainly covered with love.
The snake bit Lakkhindar causing the death of him in the first night of marriage as part of the conspiracy made by Deity Manasa'. Behula started a journey by the boat made by banana tree for the haven deserving to get back the life of his loving husband praying heartedly before the Gods. She with her husband were floating on the currents of Gangu refusing the requests of all to come back.
That's journey of Behula is the starting theme of the film" Fere Esho Behula'. But the story is of the present time and contemporary society. This ancient myth has been linked on the basis of relationship between male and female of now-a-days. The journey of Behula with her dead husband Lauckhinder has been presented in the reality of contemporary society.
.Like as Behula and Lakhindar,Habib and Tanima are the same couple of the present time. A break through has been occurred in their normal day to day life one day. Behula with her husband were floating on the currents of Gangu for saving the life of loving husband, Tanima also went out from home in the streets of Dhaka for searching her missed husband and faces backwardness of the present society. Tanima, the symbolic representation of eternal Behula , also went for Raypur station for getting back her loving husband.
Being empirically experienced with the reality about the nature of male, she rejects her husband in a great bravery and confident .This is actually the core and crucial focusing point of the film. This means that female have to make their position by her  self in the society without depending on others.
