Reunion in AF Rahman hall DU

The sun is rising. Dawn starts with the advent of spring mood. People start to walk. At the same time some people start to adorn at the premises of Teachers Students Centre (TSC). Former students of Sir AF Rahman Hall are coming to the university with their near and dears. It was the extraordinary scenario.
It was the scenario of a reunion on the Dhaka University campus. Former students of Dhaka University (DU) Sir AF Rahman Hall celebrated the first reunion of the hall last Friday. About two thousand of the students took part in the festival with their family members spontaneously.
The students met with their hall friends and started talking of their hall life. They also shared about their own family and professional life. They sat on the grass of TSC. A festive mood was seen when they introduced with new men. At 10am the students took part in the breakfast. After the breakfast the organizers stated open discussion and expression session. The students expressed and remember their hall life. A few of them also narrated the others about the sleeping system.    DU Vice-Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique was present the programme as the chief guest while pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof Harun-or-Rashid was present as the special guest there. Habib Ullah Majumder presided over the programme while Monjur Kader Chowdhury MP, Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon MP were present the programme, among others.
 "I recall my hall life. We did any work together. I miss it so much. Sometimes I want to come back to hall. When I get opportunity particularly in the holiday I come to the hall as well as the university, said Golam Mawla Roni MP.
The students urged the organizers to take initiatives to arrange such programme every year.
Later, the organisers also called upon the all former students to enhance their support for arranging the programme.
