Zakigonj Student Organization has started it's activities with some students from 2009
session, at the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet with a slogan " To know one-another share love, experiences with the  local people on varieties  national issue". Now there is 100 students and the remarkable activities of this organization is to assisting new students in admission process, to preparing their residential facilities, yearly picnic, Ifter-party   and also creating awarness about rights-responsibility its members.
On the 31st March (Saturday) ZSO arranged a distinct level picnic from Sylhet to Zakigong with 60 students belonging to different Departments of the SUST. They had been to the 7 schools and colleges including Barohal College, Moulavi Sayer Ali High School, Hafiz Mojumdar Biddanikaton, Ghonipur Kamalgonj High School, Jubed Ali Secondary School, Luthfur Rahman High Scool, Hafsa Mojumdar Degree College for inspiring the local students to join SUST in future. Studying from this rural area they are now student of SUST. So they have to try also to achieve the dreams   and we are trying our best if any necessary by giving their contact number.
