HID rendering services for slum dwelers

Humanity in Distress (HID) is a non-government service oriented organisation which for long since has been rendering services amongst the distress, helpless and including organising education without costs for the students deprived of privileges and amongst the slum dwellers to distribute pure water and construction of toilets.

With an end in view of the consequences with the monetary assistance of Crescent Relief London (CRL) have now started setting up of one Deep Tubewell at Mirpur 11 No. Section of Bihari camp and at Nilphamari Upazila or Saidpur District have started performing the work of 16 Nos. Tubewells. 16 No. of platforms and I No. drain having 200 feet long against which about 7.10.223/- (Seventy one hundred thousand two hundred twenty three or seven lac ten thousand two hundred twenty three) Taka only has been estimated as grand total costs. At Mirpur 11 No. section the foundation of Deep Tubewell was founded by Mr. Abdul Jabbar Khan. the President of the Central Committeee for SPGRC. On this occasion others who were present are Mr. Harun-Or-Rashid. Directol of Humanity in Distress (HID) Organisation, Program Officer Md. Sabbir Hossain. Md. Iqbal.
