Photo show begins

A 3-day long photo exhibition titled ' Photo Journalism in Ctg' begins from Thursday evening last. Photo Journalist Kutub Chowdhury is organising the exhibition with his photographs   from this professional career in photo journalism.
 First Vice President of BGMEA Nasiruddin Chowdhury  inaugurated the exhibition at press club auditorium  yesterday.
 President of BNP, city unit Amir khasru Mahmud Chowdhury graced the occasion as chief guest. The chief guest in his  brief address  emphasized the role of the photo journalists in their professional career despite various obstacles and the photo journalists discharge their responsibilities taking risk of  dare consequences .Hefurther said photo journalists are playing pioneering role in journalism sector  despite various limitations. Former general secretary of CUJ Nazimuddin Shamal conductedthe inaugural ceremony . Globally reputed photographer Murtaza ToufiqulIslam presided over  it. Among others  journalists Jahidul Karim Kochi, Md. Salahuddin Reza, Md. Zahir spoke on the occasion.
